Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Supermodel (store.getsupermodel.ai). All of our products are printed and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, and shipped from production facilities located within the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Because each item is made to order, please allow additional time for production before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Shipping is handled by Printify's fulfillment network. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the shipping method selected, delivery destination, and the size and weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are typically 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact usithin 48 hours of delivery at store@getsupermodel.ai with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
